Senior Focus

Bob and Marilyn Jackson share time living in Ft. Meyers, Florida, and Greencastle. They are remembered by many people as the owners and operators of the Double Decker for about 40 years.
While in Greencastle, Bob and Marilyn love spending time at the Senior Center where they have served on the Board of Directors for about 18 years. They also sing at The Waters and Hickory Creek at times, go out for lunch everyday, and do whatever they want to do. The Jacksons appreciate the warm weather in Florida which seems to help with old Arthur.

The Jackson’s children and grandchildren live in Ft. Worth, TX, Ft. Myers, FL, and Maine and undoubtedly love them as much as we appreciate their laughter here at the Center.

Bill Eggars, a resident of Greencastle for 36 years, serves as President of the Board of Directors and spends many hours everyday helping at the Senior Center. Bill was a cross-country truck driver for many years and later hauled logs and pulled Wal Mart trucks and proudly states he . . . “never had any serious accidents."

Bill has been a widower for four years. He is a trustee at the Cornnerstone Baptist Church and plays golf in his spare time. Bill often winters in Florida and enjoys golf there also.
